Plattsburgh Public Library monthly speaker series features a constitutional scholar tomorrow evening.

Dr. Raymond Carman, Political Science Department Chair at SUNY Plattsburgh, will present "Supreme Court: A Year in Review."  During this talk, the constitutional scholar will provide an overview of the Court’s 2024 term and discuss some of its most consequential cases.  Dr Carman will also take questions from the audience.  The presentation starts at 5:30pm.  The Plattsburgh Public Library speaker series is offered on the first Wednesday of the month.
