A new initiative will help qualified military-affiliated students with tuition costs at Plattsburgh State.
SUNY Plattsburgh is participating in a new initiative to support veterans and military-affiliated individuals. SUNY Plattsburgh President, Alexander Enyedi, said “at SUNY Plattsburgh, we believe it is our responsibility to make their path to higher education clear, affordable and accessible.” Under this program SUNY campuses will offer a tuition rate no greater than the current federal Military Tuition Assistance rate, which is $250 per credit hour, for eligible military members who are enrolled in undergraduate programs According to SUNY Chancellor John King. The initiative applies to both in-person study and online learning.
