Frida, a parenting company, has partnered with the ice cream brand OddFellows to create a limited-edition breastmilk-flavored ice cream, available now until August 10th at OddFellows' New York City pop-up and Frida's website. Describing the flavor profile, the press release states the ice cream is "sweet, nutty and a hint of salt," with a "rich, creamy fat" swirl. Unsurprisingly, Frida's foray into the food space has elicited mixed reactions from its fans, ranging from enthusiasm to disbelief. This is not the first time breastmilk has been considered for consumption beyond infancy. Kourtney Kardashian previously shared that she drank her own breastmilk while caring for her and Travis Barker's newborn, Rocky. While experts note certain risks, they also acknowledge the nutritional benefits of breastmilk, which is "rich in nutrients, vitamins and protective anti-bacterial and inflammatory properties." (E!
