A 3,500-year-old Egyptian mummy’s tomb contains a drawing of a woman that bears a striking resemblance to Marge Simpson. The depiction in the inner lid of the sarcophagus shows a yellow woman wearing a long green garment and tall blue hair. She is surrounded by smaller versions of other women wearing similar green garments. Experts believe the drawing actually shows the woman traveling to the afterlife. Some commenters have another theory. “Egypt predicted Simpsons,” one person on Reddit said, poking fun at the idea that The Simpsons has predicted major events.
