Cases included illegal hunting, unlawful fishing, waste transportation violations, and firearms offenses. The Department of Environmental Conservation says officers also participated in community events, shoreline cleanups, and youth outdoor education programs while continuing to protect the state’s natural resources.

    Regular tickets for the 2026 New York State Fair go on sale July 6th. Admission will cost six dollars plus fees and is valid for any one day of the fair, which runs August 26th through September 7th in Syracuse. Children 12 and under and adults 65 and older will be admitted free every day.
