DEC Reviews High Peaks Visitor Management Plan

New York environmental officials are reviewing new recommendations aimed at managing heavy visitor traffic in the Adirondack High Peaks. State officials say the study focused on crowding and visitor experience, while some Adirondack Park Agency members pushed for more attention on environmental protection and trail impacts.
