A new historic marker has been dedicated along Lake Shore Road in Champlain to recognize the Wiley’s Point North Refugee Graveyard. The cemetery contains the graves of some of the town’s earliest settlers, including Canadian and Nova Scotia refugees from the Revolutionary War.
