Lake Placid Film Festival Announces Competition Lineup

The Lake Placid Film Festival has announced its competition lineup for November fifth through eighth. The festival’s 25th edition will feature 10 feature films, 30 shorts and six television scripts. Screenings will take place at the Palace Theatre during its 100th anniversary year. The lineup includes the world premiere of the documentary “The Americans” and “Yellow Letters,” which won the top prize at the Berlin International Film Festival. Festival passes are on sale now, with individual tickets available in early October.
