Missing Plattsburgh Woman Found Safe

Plattsburgh Police say Beth A Gebo has been found safe after she was located in a wooded area north of Boynton Avenue Thursday morning. She was taken to a hospital for evaluation, and her dog was also found unharmed. Police say the search involved numerous agencies, drones, K-9 units and tips from community members.
