Michigan Fest Raises More Than $27,000 for Memorial Gateway

Organizers of Plattsburgh’s Michigan Fest have donated more than $27,000 to the Battlefield Memorial Gateway project. The hot dog festival raised about $10,000 more than last year. Clinton County sheriff’s deputies arrested 51 year old Melissa Couture of Chazy Monday night. Deputies allege Couture was speeding while driving under the influence of drugs.
