New Childcare Facility Planned in Clinton County

A new childcare facility is planned for Clinton County. The Development Corporation says it will build a $4.9 million center at the end of Gus Lapham Lane in the Town of Plattsburgh. Officials say the project is designed to expand childcare availability and help meet growing demand for services in the region.
