Plattsburgh Police have identified the woman killed in an October 1 collision involving an e-bike as 53-year-old Jeanette Taylor. Clinton County gets fed grant for emergency response boat

Clinton County is receiving a 500-thousand-dollar federal grant to buy a specially equipped patrol and emergency-response boat for Lake Champlain.
