Smithfield Boulevard Paving Nearly Complete

Most paving and striping work on Smithfield Boulevard in the Plattsburgh Town Center is now complete. City reps say crews will finish remaining details over the next several weeks. Drivers are being urged to slow down and use caution around road crews as construction continues across the region.
