Smithfield Boulevard Project To Affect Traffic

Drivers in the Town of Plattsburgh should expect traffic changes on Smithfield Boulevard beginning Wednesday. Overnight milling will require full road closures through Thursday, followed by paving set for July 13 and 14 with lane restrictions and delays. Motorists are urged to use caution and allow extra travel time through the work zone.
