A recent study revealed that Generation Z and millennial adults in the U.S. feel overwhelmed an average of 17 days per month. Over 80% report being overwhelmed by their social, digital, and dietary lives. Socially, they struggle to maintain relationships (38%) and find time for friends (32%). Digitally, staring at screens (42%) and social media (35%) feel overwhelming. With their diets, they are overwhelmed by choosing healthy foods (45%), grocery shopping (40%), and reading nutrition labels (23%).
