A search is Underway. This morning at about 8:45 a.m., State Police responded to a reported robbery and assault at a residence on State Route 22 in the town of Ausable. Troopers are searching for the suspect, who the victim described as a white male, about 5’6” tall, wearing camouflage clothing and a black mask. Reportedly, the suspect entered the home, struck the resident with a long gun, and then fled on foot. The State Police say they want to hear from anyone with information about this case 518-897-2000.
