Micro-Bird has produced the first bus at the former Nova Bus facility in Plattsburgh.
The first bus rolled off the production line at Micro-Bird last Friday. Molly Ryan Executive Director, County of Clinton Industrial Development Agency, said “Micro Bird’s decision to build in Clinton County reflects the confidence companies have in our skilled workforce, our infrastructure, and our community’s commitment to growth.” Micro-Bird is a joint venture between Blue Bird Corporation and Girardin. The company purchased the Nova Bus facility on Banker Road in Plattsburgh last November.
