That’s about to change…Starting Friday state prisoners will no longer pay for calls. DOCCS Commissioner Daniel Martuscello said, “We continue to work on initiatives that better serve our prison population.” Senator Dan Stec weighed in by saying “This is what the pro-criminal agenda looks like.”
