Town of Plattsburgh Code Enforcement Officials say they will conduct their annual inspection of residential properties to ensure compliance with local property maintenance regulations. During this period, notices of violation may be issued to property owners with visible junk, debris, garbage, or unregistered and uninspected vehicles on their premises.
