It's tick season and the Clinton County Health Department has some advice to avoid them.
The annual warning about ticks has been issued by the county health department. The little pests are most often found in shady, moist areas at ground level. Molly Flynn, Principal Public Health Educator at the health department, says a good plan of attack includes prevention measures, tick checks, covering your skin and wearing light-colored clothing.
