A man from Houston, Texas is suing Whataburger for about $1 million dollars for having onions on his burger. Demery Ardell Wilson said he requested no onions, and suffered an allergic reaction as a result, court documents say. Wilson is seeking monetary relief over $250,000 but less than $1 million dollars. In June 2024, Wilson also sued Sonic over a similar issue. (Kens 5)
