Christopher Moynihan, 34, of New York, was arrested Saturday and charged with making a terroristic threat. Moynihan, pardoned by President Trump for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, allegedly sent text messages on October 17th threatening to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.
