Section VII was well-represented at the NYSPHSAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Saranac led the way with five podium finishes, including runner-up performances in girls 4x800m relay, 200m dash, and 2,000m steeplechase. AuSable Valley, Lake Placid, and Peru also medaled.
