Francisco Lindor hit a grand slam and the Mets eliminated the Phillies. Giancarlo Stanton hit a big home run in the eighth inning as the Yankees held off Kansas City behind Luke Weaver in the bullpen to take a 2-1 lead in their ALDS series.
