New York State Police have arrested 62 year old Kathy J. Shatraw of Cadyville following a check fraud investigation in Clinton County. Investigators say Shatraw allegedly passed multiple bad checks while knowing there were insufficient funds in her account. She faces a felony charge of fourth-degree grand larceny along with misdemeanor larceny and bad check charges. Police say the investigation began in mid-May.
