Clinton County is receiving $1 million in state funding to help redevelop the former Clinton Community College site in Plattsburgh. The money will support water, sewer and stormwater improvements, along with road work needed to prepare the property for 96 planned workforce housing units. The project is also expected to address aging utilities, low water pressure and limited sewer capacity that have held up redevelopment.
