A final feasibility study lays out a $240 million redevelopment plan for the former Clinton Community College campus at Bluff Point. The proposal includes workforce and market-rate housing, recreation, dining and reuse of existing buildings. Clinton County officials say housing would likely come first, with the county needing an estimated 1,100 new units over five years. Any redevelopment plan would still require approval from the County Legislature.
