Court and Wells Streets Closing for Paving

Court Street and Wells Street in Plattsburgh will be closed for paving today, weather permitting. On-street parking will be prohibited during the work, and drivers should follow flaggers’ directions. The city says no traffic will be allowed on newly paved asphalt for at least three hours.
