A family has lost its home following a fire at the former Packbasket Diner property in the Adirondacks. Firefighters responded to the blaze Wednesday and worked to keep the flames from spreading further across the property. No injuries were immediately reported, but the home was heavily damaged. The cause of the fire remains under investigation as cleanup efforts continue at the longtime landmark site.
