A group of Saranac Lake teenagers has found a second handgun in the Saranac River within just a few weeks. The latest discovery happened near the Pine Street Rail Trail bridge, where 13 year old Noah Kramer spotted a .38 caliber Smith and Wesson revolver under the water and contacted police. Saranac Lake Police recovered the weapon and opened an investigation. The discovery comes about three weeks after the same group reportedly found another gun in the river in a separate incident.
