Alexis J. Patterson was arrested shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday on Durkee Street in Plattsburgh. Police charged Patterson with disorderly conduct involving fighting or violent behavior. Patterson was released on an appearance ticket.
Plattsburgh Man Held on Stalking and Trespassing Charges

Samuel Donaldson of Plattsburgh was arrested Sunday morning following a complaint on Maryland Road. Police charged Donaldson with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree stalking, possession of burglar tools and third-degree criminal trespass. He also faces multiple counts of trespassing and was locked up behind bars.
