Plattsburgh Man Held on Stalking and Trespassing Charges

Samuel Donaldson of Plattsburgh was arrested Sunday morning following a complaint on Maryland Road. Police charged Donaldson with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree stalking, possession of burglar tools and third-degree criminal trespass. He also faces multiple counts of trespassing and was locked up behind bars.
