A longtime Adirondack arts staple is starting a new chapter in downtown Saranac Lake. Pendragon Theatre has officially opened its new location following a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by community leaders and supporters. The theater has been a major part of the area’s cultural identity for decades. The new space was funded in part by a 5 POINT 5 million dollar state grant tied to a downtown revitalization effort, and leaders say it will help expand performances and community involvement moving forward.
