• Plattsburgh Charter Changes Headed to Voters

  Plattsburgh voters will decide proposed City Charter revisions on November 3rd. Proposition One would update budgeting, financial oversight, council procedures and long-term planning while creating an Emergency Disaster Relief Services Commission. Existing mayoral and council term limits would remain unchanged. If approved, the revisions would take effect January 1st.
