  Three more animals have tested positive for rabies in St. Lawrence County. Health officials say the cases involve a cat, a raccoon, and a skunk. Twenty-one animals have tested positive countywide this year. Clinton County sheriff’s deputies arrested 46 year old Brock Reynolds Friday night after he allegedly drove while intoxicated.
