  Three more animals have tested positive for rabies in St. Lawrence County. Health officials say the cases involve a cat, a raccoon, and a skunk. Twenty-one animals have tested positive countywide this year. Residents should avoid wild or stray animals, keep pets vaccinated and report bites or possible exposures to county public health at 315-386-2325.
