  The Boonville-Oneida County Fair fireworks originally planned for Wednesday night have been rescheduled for Friday because of the weather forecast.   The City of Plattsburgh says the boil water order for 3 through 15 Battery Street and 45 Pine Street has been lifted. Residents and businesses at those addresses may resume normal water use. The order had remained in place until testing confirmed the water was safe.
