A 66 year old Plattsburgh woman is jailed following an alleged burglary in Beekmantown. State Police say Beverly Wood forced her way into a Jersey Swamp Road home Sunday and stole property despite an active order of protection. Wood is charged with second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal contempt, both felonies. She was arraigned in Beekmantown Town Court and sent to the Clinton County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
