The milestone was announced Saturday during the public launch of the campaign, called Deeply Rooted, Future Focused. With nearly two years remaining, the college has already secured 89 percent of its goal. The money will support scholarships, academic programs, student services and expanded opportunities for internships and research. The campaign includes a $2 million commitment from television producer and SUNY Potsdam alumnus Chuck Lorre’s family foundation. The fundraising drive continues through June 2028.
