Phase two of the Battlefield Memorial Gateway park in the town of Plattsburgh will get underway Thursday.
The groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 2 of the Battlefield Memorial Gateway park is being held on Thursday. Phase 2 includes the Remembrance Plaza, a multi-purpose pavilion and plaza, designed locally by AES Northeast. Luck Bros. was awarded the construction contract. Phase 2 is funded by the Town of Plattsburgh and a $300,000 allocation from the Dormitory Authority of the State of NY.
