Garry Douglas Named To Upstate Power 100

North Country Chamber of Commerce President Garry Douglas has been named to City & State Magazine’s 2026 Upstate Power 100. The list recognizes policymakers and advocates shaping decisions across upstate New York. Douglas was cited for his work supporting the Plattsburgh bus industry and strengthening ties with Canada.

New Marker Honors Rouses Point Founder
