Rouses Point Woman Arrested After Domestic Dispute

New York State Police have arrested 37 year old Chelsey L. McDonough of Rouses Point following a domestic dispute on Champlain Street. Troopers allege McDonough assaulted the victim, damaged property and stole several items before leaving the scene. She was charged with assault, criminal mischief and petit larceny, then jailed on an active arrest warrant.
New York DMV Recognized for Communications and Organ Donation Efforts
