Will Rogers Lecture Explores Adirondack Indigenous History

Saranac Village at Will Rogers in Saranac Lake will host a free presentation on Adirondack Indigenous history, Thursday at 2:30 p-m. Authors Curt Stager and David Fadden will discuss their book, “The First Adirondackers,” and explore 12,000 years of Indigenous history in the Adirondack region. Light refreshments will be provided.

  • Keeseville Man Arrested on Bench Warrant

    34 year old Mark L. Gagnier Jr. of Keeseville was arrested Saturday morning on a bench warrant issued by Plattsburgh City Court. The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office says Gagnier failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing. He was arraigned in Town of Plattsburgh Court and remanded to the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
