Clinton County District Attorney Andrew Wylie says two men have been convicted in separate cases involving large amounts of narcotics brought from New York City into Clinton County. Prosecutors say Perry Dickson pleaded guilty after police found nearly nine ounces of cocaine taped to his leg following a January traffic stop in Plattsburgh. He is expected to receive nine years in prison at sentencing in July. Authorities also announced Guido Pion De Leon has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after investigators seized 12 ounces of crack cocaine and nearly two ounces of fentanyl during a 2025 drug investigation.
