A woman riding an electric bicycle died in a collision with a vehicle Thursday night in Plattsburgh. Police say the crash happened around 8:34 at Margaret Street and Cumberland Avenue. She died at the scene. Her name is being withheld until relatives are notified. The driver stayed and is cooperating. No arrests have been made. Investigators kept the area closed into early morning while working to determine what caused the crash.
