The Clinton County Industrial Development Agency has released its final feasibility study for redevelopment of the former Clinton Community College property at Bluff Point. The study says the roughly 104-acre campus is suitable for phased mixed-use redevelopment, including housing, recreation, hospitality, cultural and educational space, and possible reuse of existing buildings. The concept, called Voyage Champlain, is not a final development plan. Officials say more infrastructure, environmental and financial studies will be needed before major decisions are made.
