Plattsburgh City Police will hold their second Community Bike and E-Mobility Safety Forum September 10 at 6 p.m. at the Riverside Pavilion. The free event will cover right-of-way rules, state e-bike classifications, helmet use, lighting and basic bike maintenance. Police will also offer real-world safety scenarios, a question-and-answer session, a group ride and an obstacle course. Attendees will also receive a Friends of Downtown Plattsburgh bike ticket for discounts at participating businesses.
